What Is The Mu Crew?

The Mu Crew is like a fraternity for gay/bi guys ages 18-29'ish. We encourage making new friends, relaxing, continuing our own education about life, doing new things, and keeping a mindset that everyone's cool as they are. We also keep our events drug and alcohol free in the attempts to dispel negative stereotypes placed on all of us gay/bi men.

We have parties, movie nights, camping trips, sporting events, educational events, specialty speakers, discussion topics, dances, community services projects, and more. We always have a lot of fun together.

It's nice to do something outside of the bars and Internet which seem to be the only social outlet for our community.

We are always accepting new members. We currently have about 60 active members. There are no membership fees, no initiation. Just show up. Female friends are always welcome to stop in too.

We have athletes, computer guys, musicians, students, professionals, and everything in between.

We have our own space Downtown with new furniture, a big screen TV, surround sound, computers etc. which we hold parties, meetings, or chill nights here. We have a full size catering kitchen, courtyard, and solarium.

We are a program of, and volunteers for, AIDS Resource Center Ohio.
